











Since being elected in 2016 as President Judge of Susquehanna County, Judge Legg has interpreted and applied the law in a fair and just approach. He has played an integral part in solidifying the faith that the residents of this county have in our Court. Judge Legg played a pivotal role in helping to pioneer and develop the Treatment Court program through Susquehanna County.

Commissioner Hall was elected to serve Susquehanna County in 2012. He brings with him a proven track record of interpersonal communications, being a strong organizer, diligence in short and long term planning, excellence in budget planning, and administering responsible decision making.
Commissioner Hall has achieved a lot in the past twelve years as Commissioner. He's worked to reduce the County debt from over 13 million to a County that is debt free and with a pension fund fully funded. He oversaw the renovation and expansion of the County Courthouse and Administration building. He worked to take the lead on the design and construction of a new Public Safety facility housing 911, EMA, Magistrates Office, Coroner, large instructional room, and many other features.

Commissioner Darrow was elected to serve Susquehanna County in 2024. He brings with him an extensive history of successfully serving others.
He previously served as Township Supervisor for almost fifteen years. He has successfully managed two businesses and knows how to effectively communicate with others.
Commissioner Darrow strives to bring financial responsibility, honesty, and integrity to his time in office. He believes strongly that working as a team is the best way to solve problems and serve the County's best interests.

District Attorney O'Malley was elected to serve Susquehanna County in 2018. She is the first woman to hold this position in Susquehanna County history.
As District Attorney, she works with law enforcement and handles all aspects of a criminal case from start to finish. Often she personally meets with the victims and witnesses of a crime. Her efforts have been crucial to the reduction of violent crime in our County.
She is a core member of the Treatment Court team that works to reduce the dependence on chemical substances in our county.

Rebecca Wescott was elected to serve Susquehanna County in 2024. She holds a deep understanding of responsibly handling all finically related matters. She has been crucial in the effort to bring out county out of debt and keep us in a financially strong position, especially during these economically uncertain times.

Prothonotary Krupinski was elected to serve in 2016 and has faithfully served Susquehanna County. She is committed to maintaining pristine records and personally assisting our county's resident as they petition their concerns before the Court.

Wendy was elected to serve Susquehanna County in 2024. She has an extensive track record of developing spotless financial records, maintaining pristine record retention, and excels at interpersonal communication. She is committed to serving our county with honesty and integrity.

As of May 30th 2024 Jessica Chiaramonte became Acting Coroner for the Susquehanna County Coroner’s Office. Jessica has worked for Susquehanna County since 2016 and joined the Coroner’s Office in 2017. Jessica started her career as a Burlington Police Officer in Vermont in 2014, until moving to Susquehanna County where she became a Deputy Sheriff. She also worked part time with Montrose Borough Police Department. In June of 2017, Jessica became a certified Crisis Intervention Team Officer. In December 2018 Jessica became a certified Medicolegal Death Investigator through the Death Investigation Academy. In May 2019 Jessica became Nationally Certified as a Medicolegal Death investigator through the American Board of Medicolegal Death Investigators (D-ABMDI). In December of 2023, Jessica attended and passed the Pennsylvania State Coroner’s Basic Education Course and Medicolegal Death Investigator’s Training.

John is a veteran of the United States Navy, having served aboard a nuclear missile submarine during the Gulf War. After receiving an Honorable Discharge, John enrolled at the Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Oliver enlisted in the Pennsylvania State Police in 1995. Upon graduating the police academy, John began his service to the residents of Susquehanna County when he was assigned to the Gibson barracks. Over the course of his career, John served our county as a Patrol Trooper and Criminal Investigator. Oliver retired at the rank of Corporal from PSP in 2016. Following retirement, John worked as a police officer at Coastal Carolina University before returning to Susquehanna County in 2017 to join the
Susquehanna County District Attorney’s Office as a Detective. In 2018, John was promoted to Chief County Detective, a position he held until his election to Sheriff.
Robert was elected to serve in 2020. Since then he has faithfully executed his responsibilities in the service of the County.
Stephanie was elected to serve in 2024. She is dedicated to bringing her extensive history of knowledge and experience with integrity and zeal.
